About Dr. Selma

Dr. Selma is a spiritual human rights activist from the lesbian, gay, bi-affectionate and transgendered Michigan community. Dr. Selma is also the former Assistant Pastor of the Historic Full Truth Fellowship of Christ Church in Detroit Michigan. She holds a doctorate degree from Western Michigan University and she is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Detroit. Dr. Selma has more than twenty years of professional experience in the area of self-help and mental health program development.

Dr. Selma is also a guest writer for Michigan's Between the Lines Newspaper which is the voice of the Michigan LGBT community. Rev Dr. Selma is also an active member of the Faith Action Network which is the sponsor of this season's show.
